- 【Strict Compatibility Requirements】This ttlock gateway supports 2.4GHz WiFi ONLY (5GHz NOT supported). Ensure your phone and gateway connect to the identical 2.4GHz WiFi. If your router merges 2.4GHz and 5GHz under one WiFi name, please separate them into two independent SSIDs before connecting. It works exclusively with TT Lock & DD LOCK smart locks; custom‐brand‐app locks are incompatible. Verify your lock app and WiFi before purchase.
- 【Broad Coverage】 A Gateway can be paired with multiple electronic door locks, and there is no limit to the number of pairings. The standard distance between the smart door lock gateway and the open space of the smart door lock is ≤ 32 ft. However, we strongly recommend that the distance between the locks and the gateway be 10 ft for a strong connection.
