Select a product to estimate shipping. Is the walnut wood real solid wood, or is it just a cheap veneer or laminate?
It is 100% genuine solid wood. You can tell by the heavy, solid feel and the unique parabolic grain patterns on each individual slice.
Has the folding mechanism gotten loose or broken after a month of use?
I've used it daily for over a month, and the joints are just as smooth and sturdy as day one. No loose pins at all.
Does it warp or bend out of shape when a steaming hot pot sits on it for a long time?
No warping at all. The interlocking design allows the wood to breathe, and it stays perfectly flat even after prolonged heat.
Does it look premium enough to keep on a formal dining table during Thanksgiving?
Absolutely. It was the centerpiece of our holiday table. It looks like a high-end artisanal craft piece.
Overall, after 3 months of use, do you feel this product is worth the price?
Absolutely. It combines beautiful home decor, smart space-saving engineering, and robust table protection. It's worth every penny.
