- BAKE ON YOUR SCHEDULE – No more planning your day around starter feedings. The Sourdough Home lets you feed your starter weekly or daily. Increase the temperature for daily baking, and decrease the temperature for weekly or infrequent baking.
- KEEP YOUR STARTER THRIVING – Maintain a strong, healthy starter all year with minimal effort. The Sourdough Home keeps it warm enough to ferment when needed, or cool enough to slow it down without putting it to sleep. You can keep your starter alive and thriving on just weekly feedings.
- HEATS AND COOLS – This self-regulating unit keeps your starter at your desired temperature year-round. Set the unit anywhere between 41-122°F (5-50°C). Avoid over-proofing in the summer or having sluggish starters in winter.
- IMPROVE YOUR BREAD BAKING – Achieve consistent high rises and rich, complex sourdough flavor. A stronger starter means better bread. The Sourdough Home maintains ideal fermentation temperatures, so you get airy texture and rich flavor in every loaf.
- CONSISTENT RESULTS – Stable temperatures mean your starter stays active, bubbly, and strong every time. The sealed door keeps the temperature steady so your starter thrives. You can now control the variables most home kitchens miss for faster rises and reliably better bread.
